What's an AI agent?
A program that runs on your machine, takes instructions in plain English over a chat app, and does work — sends emails, queries your data, posts updates, books rooms. Like ChatGPT, except it can act on its own and live where you live.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers in a tab. An agent works in the background. It has your tools, your data, your channels. No copy-paste. No leaving your messaging app. And nothing about it is rented from someone else's roadmap.
Is this secure?
Local-first by default. Keys stay on your machine. If you go cloud-routed, traffic flows through OpenRouter — never through us. After handoff we have no access. You can rotate every credential the same day.
What hardware do I need?
For local LLM: a Mac with 32GB+ unified memory, or a Linux box with a 12GB+ GPU. For cloud-routed: anything that runs Node. If you're not sure, send specs on the intake call — we'll tell you straight.
What if it breaks?
Two weeks of tweaks are included on every tier. After that, message us — usually a 5-minute fix, no charge. Beyond that, the Operator tier exists for clients who want us on call.
